Special Exhibition 拜谒了一些金灿灿的附近景观 Paid Tribute to Some Golden Nearby Landscapes

近几年，一些社会学家常提出我们需要找回“消失的附近”，以重新塑造人们逐渐与社会离散的互动方式。

“拜谒了一些金灿灿的附近景观”是一套组合作品：摄影师王玮把三件MTTO的夹克，分发给了和自己生活有所关联的不同职业、不同年龄段的三位“职人”，意图要观察他们在日常工作中和这件夹克产生的变化，做一些有关于人和衣服在时间的催化下的一些拓写。摄影师本人则带着自己的这件MTTO夹克，回到了东北他小时候生活过的地方，拜谒了自己的记忆，并在这些金灿灿的景观中拍下了MTTO夹克的不同状态。最终将这些从上海延庆路到东北的油田厂区，折叠了时间和空间信息的夹克剪裁了下来，汇总拼贴到了一起。从附近当中来，回到附近当中去。与其他三位“职人”穿着MTTO的肖像照产生互文，探讨一件衣服在我们的日常当中所承载了哪些叙事。

In recent years, some sociologists have been advocating for the reclaiming of the “vanishing nearby” as a way to reshape the increasingly fragmented forms of social interaction.

“Paid Tribute to Some Golden Nearby Landscapes” is a collection of works: photographer Wang Wei distributed three MTTO jackets to three “craftspeople” of different professions and age groups who are connected to his life. His intention was to observe how these individuals interact with the jackets in their daily work and to trace the evolving relationship between people and clothing over time.

The photographer himself wore his own MTTO jacket and returned to his childhood hometown in Northeast China. There, he paid tribute to his memories, capturing the various states of the jacket in these golden, shimmering landscapes.

Ultimately, he cut out pieces of the jackets—from Shanghai’s Yanqing Road to the oilfield zones of the Northeast—embedding layers of time and space into their fabric. These fragments were then collaged together. From the nearby, and back to the nearby.

This collage interacts with the portrait photos of the three other craftspeople in their MTTO jackets, exploring the narratives carried by a single garment in the context of our everyday lives.

黄金色に輝く「近く」の風景を巡礼して

近年、一部の社会学者たちは、「消えつつある近く」を取り戻す必要があると主張しています。人々と社会の関係性が次第に希薄になる中で、その再構築を目指すためです。

「黄金色に輝く『近く』の風景を巡礼して」は、ひとつの作品群です。写真家・王玮（ワン・ウェイ）は、自身の生活に関わりのある異なる職業・年齢の3人の「職人」に、3着のMTTOジャケットを託しました。彼らが日常の仕事の中でこのジャケットとどのように関係を築いていくのか、時間を通して人と服の間に生まれる変化を観察しようとしたのです。

王玮自身は、自分のMTTOジャケットを着て、幼少期を過ごした中国東北地方へと戻りました。記憶の地を巡礼し、その金色に輝く風景の中で、ジャケットのさまざまな姿を撮影しました。

最終的に、上海の延慶路から東北の油田地帯まで、時間と空間の情報を折り込んだジャケットの一部を切り取り、コラージュとしてまとめ上げました。近くから来て、近くへ戻る。

この作品は、他の3人の「職人」がMTTOジャケットを着て撮影されたポートレートと呼応しながら、日常において1着の服がどのような物語を担うのかを問いかけています。
